Why not share this idea?

I don't know why this isn't the perfect idea for economic stimulus. The problem in this country is that we all owe too much and can't make use of our real income. This idea would give us a chance. If it didn't work for everyone, oh well. I bet a huge majority would take advantage of this if it were a nationally implemented and advertised campaign.
